Information I collect

When you complete the enquiry form, I collect the information you choose to provide:

  • Your contact name, email address and optional phone number.
  • Your company or business name.
  • Your answers about your business and workplace, the enquiry trigger, the outcome you need, affected work, existing information, important dates, previous actions, constraints, site access and decision-makers.
  • Your confirmation that you have read and agreed to this policy.

Website hosting and security systems may generate basic technical logs. Optional website analytics only loads after you choose “Accept analytics” in the privacy banner. More detail is provided in the cookies and analytics section below.

02

How I use your information

I may use your information to:

  • Understand your WHS needs and respond to your enquiry.
  • Discuss possible services, scope work or prepare a proposal.
  • Keep reasonable business and enquiry records.
  • Prevent spam, misuse or security issues.
  • Improve my website, services and customer experience.

I will not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your permission.

03

Form and email service providers

The website uses FormSubmit to process the enquiry form and forward the completed answers to my business email. FormSubmit's published privacy policy identifies its operator as based in India and states that form submission data is forwarded to the nominated email address and then deleted from its servers.

Your information may therefore be processed outside Australia while the form is delivered. You can review the provider's current policy directly:

Enquiry emails are received and retained through my business email service. Website hosting, analytics and email providers may process limited information as needed to provide their services.

04

Cookies, analytics and your choice

The website may use essential cookies or browser storage needed for security, reliable operation and remembering your privacy choice. These essential functions are not used for advertising.

Optional analytics is disabled by default. If you select “Accept analytics”, the website loads an analytics script to help me understand page visits, general device and browser information, referral information and broad usage patterns. I use that information to improve the website and understand which information is useful.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can reject non-essential analytics without losing access to the website or enquiry form. Use the “Privacy choices” button at the bottom of any page to review or change your choice. If you withdraw a previous acceptance, the page reloads with analytics off.

05

When information may be shared

I do not sell your personal information. I may disclose it to service providers that support the website, form delivery, email or business administration; where you ask or authorise me to do so; or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

I ask service providers to handle information only for the work they perform, but their own terms and privacy practices also apply.

06

Storage, security and retention

I take reasonable steps to protect enquiry information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

I keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve issues or meet legal and insurance requirements. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or securely disposed of where practical.

07

Access, correction and privacy questions

You can ask what personal information I hold about you, request a correction, or ask me to delete information that is no longer needed. Some records may need to be kept where required for legitimate business, legal or insurance reasons.

Contact me using the email below. I will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably practical.

08

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when the website, enquiry process or service providers change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
